A Strategy Word From The Lord:I am scheduled in Ohio starting December 28th
through January 18th and then in February I may go to
France for the specific purpose of making a video book of the book I
am working on publishing, “The Warrior is a Child”. Please keep
these things in prayer. I do need some specific software to
accomplish some of the things I need to do to prepare the book. I
need either PageMaker or Quark Express. If you feel led to help
purchase one of these let me know. As always I need your
support and prayers to accomplish what the Lord is sending me to do.
As most of you know November was a month of attack and testing.
December is a month to recover and be restored. It is more important
to press in during the month of December than it was before, lest we
miss what we have passed through the valley to receive. This word
will help us position ourselves to be restored. Then January is the
month of new beginnings and entering into the new the Lord has for
you.
If you will remember in my last newsletter I referenced a word
from Bill Hamon about 5 evil spirit kings that have come against

Now I feel the Lord has given me more along that same line and that
this word is very important. You can read the story in Joshua 9 and
10 and I encourage you to do that. The reason 9 is important is
because Israel sinned and had to repent and be restored before the
Lord could fight for them. Joshua 10:8 God has promised our victory.
The Lord fought for them and He will fight for us.
This chapter chronicles one of the most amazing miracles God
ever did, the Israelites marched all night and then fought for 2
days. That’s a miracle. The sun and moon stood still for 24 hours,
and God cast hailstones from the sky on the enemy. It was amazing
and the Lord is positioning us so He can fight for us in the same
miraculous way. First let’s look at the 5 kings that are coming
against us. The Lord had me do some of my own research.
Adoni-Zedek King of Jerusalem. Adoni means Lord,
to rule, to control (human or divine) master, owner. Zedek
means justice, prosperity, to make right and clean, to justify.
Jerusalem means literally dual, two peaceful places, pointing
two directions. (Christians with 2 directions or Lords.)
So all together it means control over our justice, prosperity
and righteousness by dual ways that cause compromise to keep peace.
A divided heart full of opposite desires and troubles. The Lord said
that these two heart paths are not just worldliness and God but a
focus on problems and circumstances that steals out heart away from
God and makes our heart divided.
Hoham King of Hebron. Hebron means alliances,
seat of association. Hoham means Jehovah protests (not a
demon god protests but Jehovah). These are wrong alliances and
obligations that push God against us. God has been dealing with me
for some time about removing wrong alliances and never have so many
wrong people been pushed my way. Humanism demands we receive them
but in Joshua chapter 10 we see the Lord told Joshua to destroy all
the enemies, even when other kings and cities became involved. It
was only when Joshua repented of his wrong alliance with the
Gibeonites for both himself and Israel (not only us but our church
and ministry) that God was again able to fight for them.
Piram King of Jarmuth. Jarmuth means height, elevation,
to be haughty, exalt, ‘to offer up presumptuously’, to breed worms.
Piram means wild, not easy to defeat, unyielding hardness of
heart, self-exaltation. So it is demanding the high places and not
the quiet intimate places with the Lord and offering to God
presumptuously with unclean hands and heart; to blame God, a
fortress stronghold of attitudes and emotions. This form of worship
defiles and breeds worms. Worms that affect thoughts, memory,
healthy and digestion as well as bringing corrupt thoughts and
feelings.
Japhia King of Lachish. Japhia means God causes to be
light or to shine bright or blindness. It causes false anointing,
false peace, false light, false humility, and false prophecy and
visions that poison and blind God’s people. It is a blinding
destroying evil, masquerading as light. It always shines the light
on self and not on God. The Lord warned me in an intense vision that
a false anointing is about to be poured out on the church and we
will be responsible if we receive it. It will be miraculous and
amazing but it will also be false.
Debir King of Eglon. Eglon means like a heifer, to
accuse or speak evil of. It is a calf and causes you to go in
circles. Debir means oracle, the innermost shrine of the
sanctuary. The golden calf was an idol they called Jehovah but it
was a god they created to allow them to do whatever they wanted and
still bless them. It leads them in circles and never forward to the
truth. It promises power and anointing from the most holy place of
the sanctuary but it is the sanctuary of another god. The god here
is self, whatever self wants to believe and whatever self desires is
right to them. The circle also speaks of a covenant with self that
often overrides our covenant with God and that covenant with self
must be broken.
The Cave at Makkedah. The word cave here means dark
cavern, cave or hole. It also means to be naked. Originally idol
worship was in caverns. I believe these kings hid in a cavern
temple, a place of nakedness and idol worship. It was a challenge
from their gods of the flesh against our true God. We must seal off
the cave to the past and ways of the flesh that we have trusted in
times past or it will become our storm cellar, the place we run in
trouble instead of Jesus, a lure to false safety and security.
Makkedah means to brand or mark sheep and separate herds
by the mark, herding them. When we run to hide in the dark places
for security and comfort we are being herded by the enemy and driven
by fear to a supposed place of hiding but it is a place where the
enemy seeks to brand us as his. He pushes our emotions to make us
particularly vulnerable. This separates us from the herd of God’s
flock making it more dangerous for us. It is more than isolation; it
is a legal mark that we must remove legally by repentance and the
restoration of God. It is the mark of one being led to the slaughter
for destruction. This mark may have occurred early in your life and
be there as something that has always pulled you back. This must be
removed. The mark is continually trying to herd us back to the cave.
It’s main force is fear and worry. A cave speaks of a place of
origins, so we should look back to the very roots of our lives for
any such marks.
The enemy is combining forces against us. Stand firm and do
what you know to do. Keep your ear to the word for instructions, for
the Lord fights for you and He takes these attacks personally. Do
not run and hide where He cannot help you. Stand and fight for the
battle is the Lord’s and He assures your victory if you stand.
These 5 kings stand for an attack of idolatry the Lord told me.
The enemy has pushed with fear tactics to cause people to run to
their idols to mark them but those who repent and turn to God as
Joshua did will do great exploits and God will fight for them.
The first key is repentance of any disobedience or sin in your
camp (home, church, ministry or business.) Sin that came through you
or through others and wrong alliances. Restore your camp first.
These are the idols we must refuse and break.
My prayer for you: We denounce and rebuke every form of
idolatry and every mark of the enemy in our life. Lord this is Your
word to us, enable us to be willing and obedient. Strengthen us and
keep us in remembrance of what we are to do and fight for us as you
did for Joshua and Israel, in Jesus name. Amen.
The Lord said that many have issues of feeling loved by God
because of all they have been through. We have gone through a season
of several years of spiritual war as several prophets have let us
know. Yet though so much has come against us we are not destroyed
because God has continually fought for us, often even in spite of
our many mistakes and failings. That is true love. As we prepare to
enter a season of love to learn His heart, remember His everlasting
intervention. Do not measure Him by what the enemy has done. Prepare
your heart for a season of love.
I would encourage you to highlight key words and keep this as
part of your prayer time for a while as we enter into 2008. We need
to position ourselves to receive some good things and this word will
help you do that. May the Lord Himself help you as you journey to
Him. Amen. |
