I thank you for your prayers while I was ministering in Ohio in their Bible School, Church and Ladies Retreat as well as other meetings. The Lord has done awesome things. Lives were changed and battles won. The Lord moved so deeply in the prophetic, even revealing intricate stories to uncover roots to be dealt with to set people free. Most of the meetings were prophetic words and teachings and intense times in the depth of God’s love that alone can change lives. Over the past couple of weeks the Lord has shared some things that I feel are not just for me but words for the body of Christ. I want to share these prophetic words with you. I pray they encourage you.

The Rainbows End

It is the season of new beginnings. It is the season to leave the old behind and enter into the new. Chuck Pierce also talks about this as the year to complete the old cycle and enter into a new and fruitful journey. But like the shape of the number 6 if we do not take the upward new journey (the top of the 6) we will again go in the circle (like the bottom of the 6) for another 7 years and it will be 7 times harder than before.

It is a time for intense change and preparation so that we will not miss this strategic new beginning. Every person will encounter the wall. This is the obstacle in your life that keeps you from the upward journey. It may be certain attitudes you need the Lord to help you with, like blaming Him for hardships or bitterness. Each person’s wall will be different but it must be overcome to reach the place of transition. Begin to seek the Lord concerning what your obstacles are and how to remove them.

For most it is like going through a locked door, by the Lord’s help, and then finding another door that leads to the glory. For each person there will be a going out of and closing off the old, a transition period in between and a going into the new and glorious journey. This is the process we must go through this year. In one instance the Lord described it as the sun setting and rising at the same time. On one side of a deep chasm the sun was setting. All of the old was closing. There was no night but an instant transfer to the other side of the chasm where the sun was rising and the new journey could begin. The old must be closed out and left behind to access the new beginning.

Then the Lord began to sing to me about the Rainbow’s End. It flows with colors and glory that speaks of the character and emotions of God. It is full of His promises and is a place where promises are fulfilled. That is what He wants to put inside of us when we begin our new journey, the end of the rainbow. It will cause us to flow with His character more and more, which by its very nature will bring the fulfillment of His promises as well. As I saw this rainbow I could feel the overflowing power of God flowing through me. It was intense and I knew this was a real promise I must tell the people about.

I told the Lord, “Rainbows don’t have an end.” He laughed and said, “This one does.” At the end of the rainbow is a golden pool that covered a plowed and planted garden with the golden anointing flow. The Lord began to show me the rows of the garden. You are that garden. It looked like nothing was growing yet but the seeds of promises were there. “This section is your family,” He said and I saw the names of loved ones on the labels of the rows. “Watch them blossom and grow. It will not be without a battle but it will happen and it will not be stopped.”

“These rows are finances and needs,” and He named some of them. “These rows are ministries. Yes,” He said, “This is a vast section.” There were rows of health, weight, strength, and blessings. There were rows of giving, homes, schools, and training centers. But the biggest rows were of relationship with the Lord and revelations. We must know the Lord. You are His garden. “See the white fence around it?” He asked, “It doesn’t look very strong but nothing will cross these legal limits.”

“Are there rows of loving You and sharing in Your sufferings?” I asked

“There are.” He said, “Rows of the heart.”

The Lord said that your garden will explode in fruitfulness as you enter the new door beyond the obstacles. As your foot goes through the door into the new beginning you will grow. It may not seem obvious at first but it will in time.

Roses in the Garden

On another day the Lord took me again to the garden at the rainbows end where it soaks in the glory preparing for fruitfulness. He took me to a place of roses. There were many sizes and colors of roses cascading from high above and even the lowest sections were full of blossoms. I noticed there were no thorns. It was big enough to be the Lord’s bouquet but to me it was tall bushy cascades of fragrant roses. “Rest among the roses.” The Lord said. So I crawled in a small hallow place in the giant rose bushes. The ground was covered with fragrant petals and then softly more petals began to fall sweetly on me and around me.

“We do that on purpose.” The roses said, “Our petals will grow back but we soak you in our fragrance and softness.” I saw a vague image of me rise. I didn’t like the way I looked. I looked older and tired but some how hard. “That image of you is lifting off you like an illusion because of the fragrant petals. It is a hardness and strength you grab when you feel weak. It is an illusion of strength that you don’t need. These fragrant roses remove many illusions and restore simple truth. Is that okay with you?” They asked. “Yes.” I replied, “I like that. I often pray for the truth.”

“Sleep here and soak in the petals.” The Lord said. Suddenly He waved His hands and all the petals arose like a huge colorful cloud of butterflies and then quickly settled back down on their stems to be roses. “They are alive.” The Lord said enjoying my delight in the sight of it. “They live for you, to bless you. If you do not receive them they will die. Your not receiving them is the only way they can die. They are your promises and blessings and the way I delight in you.”

I was confused by the statement, ‘the way I delight in you.’ “When your granddaughter did good you searched for an idea to reward and delight her, so you bought her an ice cream and let her know you were proud of her and loved her. These roses allow Me the great pleasure of doing those things for you.”

In the midst of all the beautiful colors stood one perfect black rose. It’s darkness made it stand out from the others that were mainly light colors. Its shape was not full but not a bud, it was about the size most people purchase. “What is this?” I asked curious. “Do not touch it.” The Lord said, “It is poison.” “Oh.” I replied. “Why?” “It is self pity for unfulfilled promises.” The Lord said, “It is full of the poison of blame and accusation against the Lord for what you do not have or what He did not do. You only have one.” The Lord said. “But it grows strong and healthy. It rarely touches you but sometimes you weep here. Most people have many but you only have one because you have been rooting them out. They’re from a different root system than the other roses. Many cut them but they grow back. They must be dug out by the roots. If they are touched a lot they will grow many more. You touch them by bitter memories and poison feelings. Beware of it. You have already begun to dig out the roots of bitterness, disappointment and fear and I will help you eradicate this pretty poisonous weed.”

“Snakes like to come to the cool of the roses; rebuke them quickly but do not touch them. Their skin is toxic and can do more damage than their bite because you don’t expect it. (I knew by touching He meant rebuking it and that I was to be careful what I said in such instances.) “Yes sir.” I said, “Help me know it.” “I will.” He said.

A white rabbit came. Not a bunny rabbit but more like a jackrabbit. It was rather ugly. “Who are you?” I asked. “Ask me no questions and I’ll tell you no lies.” Said the rabbit, “But talk to me and I will tell you many lies and cloud your vision and hearing.” “Oh.” I said turning to ask the Lord what to do about this obnoxious rabbit near my roses but I couldn’t see the Lord. I hadn’t realized that I had gotten up from my place of rest. I guess that was their purpose, to get me to move. The Lord was sitting where I had been. “Here.” He said, “Come.” He patted the ground for me to come sit and the rabbit vanished.

“Many illusions will come to rob you away from My roses. If you follow them or talk to them they will have substance to hurt, trick and deceive. But if you stay in this resting place in the roses it will soak the illusions away, even those you’ve foolishly given substance.” “How do I stay?” I asked seriously. The Lord frowned. “Don’t do that.” He said, “It’s not cute.” “What?” I asked. “Asking Me things as though you don’t know, so you won’t feel guilty for your mistakes. You know how to stay here, intimacy with Me.” “Yes sir.” I said humbly, “You’re right as usual.”

“The ground is covered with the fallen thorns, things that prick and tear the flesh,” The Lord said, “But abiding here with Me keeps them covered by the rose petals where they can’t cut you but the petals melt daily like manna and must be restored daily; sometimes even more often. If they are allowed to melt away and are not replaced you will cut and pierce your feet on the thorns (feet stand for your walk in Christ). If you sit your bottom (which stands for your stability) will be cut and pierced. The enemy pushes the hardest to steal your petal time with Me, so push back.” Jesus said.

“Worship is not enough and never will be.” The Lord said, “Press through until we’re really together and let that be the focus of your worship time.” He held a locket on a chain in His hand. Slowly He placed it around my neck. Inside the locket was a blood red rose petal that would always stay fresh. On the outside of the locket was etched a picture of a perfect rose. “In remembrance of Me.” The Lord said quietly. “When you cannot find Me anywhere and hope is almost gone, you will always be able to find Me among your roses. Don’t you have something for Me?” He asked seriously.

To my surprise there was something in my hand and I wept grateful that I had something to give Him.  It was a locket on a chain similar to mine. Inside was what looked like a kiss someone had done with lipstick. On the outside was etched “The kiss of your child bride.” It was innocent and sweet. A tear rolled down my cheek and fell on the locket. “Now it is perfect,” He said, “Sealed with a tear of love and gratitude.” He took it from me and put it on His own neck, though I felt I should have been the one to do it, He understood that I didn’t know how.

“I too will always search for you among the roses.” He said softly holding the locket, “And if I cannot find you I will open the locket and send a tear and a kiss to remind you that I wait for you here.” I was grateful for the locket of ‘finding the way’. It will show me the way when it is dark because I know the darkness will one day cover the earth. These lockets will bring me to the safety and the light of my Savior and King, who waits for me in the midst of the roses.

As I share this I told it as I saw it about me but I want to assure you that it is for you as well. Often when I preach I preach from a fresh prophetic word the Lord gave me for that people at that place for that time. But when the Lord gave me this word I felt it was also for you.

Breaking Dividing Walls – Inside of You

Our walls are within us. We run to the Lord and cannot reach Him, though sometimes we can tell He is near. We look at Him with big sad accusing eyes that speak beyond our words. Why? If you love me why?

Our feet are ensnared and entangled in many things; our path is full of pits we cannot see and sharp rocks and thorn bushes. Our knees are scrapped and our feet often bleed speaking of prayers that complain and a walk that hurts us because of our perception. And when we seek to run to the Lord we encounter clear walls and veils of our own pain and bitter disappointments that we often cannot see past or pass through.

Who put you in such a place? The dirty dog. Oh you did. It is by your perceptions. Pains held like scars and pits of open wounds, memories of lack and pain just below the surface. Vines that entangle our feet in our own moment-by-moment choices to make life’s entangling vines more important in our path.

“Who put these walls and obstacles between you and I?” The Lord said, “Is it not your perceptions of My failures for you and My lack of care that keeps you from Me? Look well and understand that I did not do these things but the devil freely accesses you through them. Not by the path that I have laid but the walls, veils, pits and thorns. These are doors that give him free access by their very nature. That which is not in My nature of trust and love can be of his nature of fear, doubt, hurt, disappointment, discouragement, bitterness, anger and fear. Yes fear is listed twice. The first is the fear of what you lack and what God has not done and the second fear is that perhaps you are not good enough or valuable enough for God to help you, as you need Him to, so you only receive scattered coins instead of the extravagant treasures of His love and care that you need. You need to see this to know that you are loved.”

Woe is me for I am undone, how will I ever remove the many troubles and traps I have placed in my own soul? I asked. And the Lord gave me these verses in Hosea. I won’t list it all here but you can read it. Hosea 2:14 –23 It talks about the Master husband Baal being exchanged for the loving husband Ishi, which is Jesus. God will no longer just be the Master of the concubine or slave but the loving and faithful husband called Ishi. He will plant us and make us fruitful. He will protect us. When the enemy comes to the door threatening, don’t answer it, just tell Ishi the door is for you. He will answer it and the enemy will see that when he messes with you, the Lord Himself responds against him.

We see the Lord takes our valley of Achor (trouble) and turns it into a door of Hope. He will give us grain (the word and provision), new wine (joy and the Blood of Jesus) and oil (the anointing that destroys every bondage.) Then the Lord began to show me how to deal with the road that was trashed.

I saw a small little trickle of clear bubbling water, nothing really much at first. I wondered if it were good or if it were another trap. The Lord said, “It is good. Do not despise the small beginnings. If you partake of it then it will grow.” So I began to drink it and even to lay in it. It seemed to be pure love flowing from the Lord. Again He warned me to partake of it daily or it would dry up. Only partaking of it would cause it to grow. It was a responsibility and the Lord sounded serious.

I knew I represented the body of Christ in this vision and that as I partook of the water and the water became deeper and wider, something very important was happening. I remember thinking, how am I ever going to find my way through this obstacle course road with all of this water flowing over it. But soon the water was so deep all I could do was float. The force of the water toppled the walls and hindrances; it filled the holes and carried me high above the briars and vines. It was a river that was carrying me rapidly toward the Lord, a river of His love.

I remembered Ezekiel 47 that talks about the river of God and everything will live where the river flows. We are that river. Where our love meets the flow of His love the River will flow. In verse 11 it says but the marshes and swamps will not be healed. We have an awesome responsibility to drink and partake of this river daily because those who don’t allow their flow to grow will be stuck in the swamps.

This is a beautiful vision of where we are and certainly how it often feels, stuck traversing an impossible road. But the Lord has a plan, a plan of His love. So daily we must press through to be with Him in intimate fellowship and let this new release of the River of His Love flow to us and through us. It will change the landscape of your life. This flow is so soft and sweet you may at times think it is not flowing but be patient and sensitive as it grows. This flow will heal and change your life.

It changes things we cannot get to and things we cannot do anything about. Deep wounds and scars in the very depth of our lives. The best thing to do is establish a daily time to soak in His presence and watch your deliverances and miracles flow. It flows where nothing else can reach and we have already ministered in this river and seen the tremendous life changing power of its gentleness. This is a release of His answers to everything impossible in your life.

Meet you in the river.
