The Lord has given me a word for 2007. I believe it is an important word for you. I pray that it blesses you. I encourage you to share it with others:

 

2007 is the “Year of Visitation”. It is your “Year of Visitation”. Some will receive small visitations and few visitations and others will receive large visitations and many visitations. It is up to the person and not the hour of visitation concerning the size and frequency they receive. For the hour of visitation has come. Position your hearts and commit the time to receive for the visitation has come and its hour is here.

 

It is like the feast well prepared and ready to be eaten; fully blessed, but where is the child the feast was prepared for? The child is off playing, doing home-work, and chores. Know the hour; empty your hands and lay busyness aside. I have a feast of visitation for you, a year of visitation. There will not come another like it for many, many years. If you miss it, then you just miss it. You will not be equipped for what lies ahead.

 

Have you seen that my table is set, what thought and care I’ve given. For I know what each child needs and what each child likes and what each child refuses to eat. I have prepared my table with you in mind. Do not look at what another receives and lust for it but look for your place card, with your name at the table, for it has been specially prepared for you in this hour. This is the hour. Your time has come.

 

Some will taste deliverance, so they can come to Me. Some will experience inner healing so their spirit eyes can see. Some a new beginning, served in a dish. Others brokenness that breaks the shell they’ve been in, like a chick hatching from the egg to eat the grain and grow. But all who will; will sit with Me at a table I’ve prepared. All will come to know My love in a new and special way; a way that will prepare them and protect them.

 

This is the hour of your visitation. Those who refuse it or ignore it or are too busy for it will taste the judgment that will be poured out. Those who sit with Me during this year of visitation will experience a special protection in the time to come.

 

Many will be confronted when they come to dine at My table of visitation; are your hands clean? Do you have the garments of righteousness on? Prepare your heart lest you be refused. Let me correct and cleanse you for what is to come. I prepare you, but you also must prepare yourself and receive. My correction is protection. When I drop things in your spirit, don’t ignore it and go on. Know that you would not think such a thing and that this must be God and let Me deal with it. For I have not only the power to reveal and correct but also the power to change what I reveal.

 

For those who dine often, I will take them beyond the banquet hall to a place of assignment. There they will be assigned many things for the days to come, like a soldier receiving supplies before going into battle. It will be everything from garments to rank, from weapons to rations, from boots to medicines and maps.

 

Strategies will unfold that are especially designed for you, Maps and compasses that will lead only you. A knowing will come. A place of issuing walkie-talkies to stay in touch with headquarters, a place to be commissioned to obey.

 

This is the hour – the set time has come. Most will miss it. But for those who receive it there will be a great reward. For one of the things received here is the backlog of promises. Those who do not come and dine will complain that the promises have not come yet. But I have provided a day and an hour of visitation to receive the fulfillment of your promises. All who come and dine will receive. Tell others to come. For this year 2007 is the hour of visitation for all who will come AND receive.

 

Because coming to dine is so important, the enemy will stir two things up against you to hinder you, relationships and time. Be aware of these two plans and do not allow the enemy to prevail. Those who overcome will receive. Those who do not overcome will not be equipped and will be in danger. You have the dominion and authority given you by the Lord to legislate in both relationships, atmosphere of your home, ministry and work, and in your time and finances. Use it to legislate – govern for Him well in these situations.

 

I saw in a vision a man. The enemy was attacking him with a big sword. The man grabbed the sword blade in his bare hand to stop the attack. His hand was cut deep and blood began to run from it down his arm. For a moment sadness covered his face but then he took a deep breath and drawing on the strength of the Lord proclaimed, “Give me my sword! You will not use these relationships to turn my God given authority against me. You cannot cut love.” With that his hand was instantly healed and the blood was gone. He jerked the sword by the blade out of the enemy’s hand and put it in his own hand. Then he used that sword of God given authority to drive away the enemy that had attacked him and his relationships. Then he held the sword up high and it dispelled the darkness in his home and away from those relationships. I knew it would set the captives free. This is what we must do.

I want to share a scripture as the Lord is dealing with me that this relates and will be a key scripture to help you.

 

KJV Philippians 2:12-13 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. (emphasis added)

 

NIL states verse 13 this way: For God is working in you giving you the desire to obey Him and the power to do what pleases Him.

 

I like that. But as I have been researching meanings of words prompted by the Holy Spirit, allow me to give you my translation or paraphrase of the true meaning:

 

God by His power (energeo) will bring you back to his original design and blue print, so that by His power you may do His original purposes for you and what pleases Him.

 

That says it all. We cannot bring ourselves back to our original design in our own power and workings but He can and will. But there is something we must do as a prerequisite.

 

Wycliffe’s Bible Commentary says this: verse 12 is not only for the individual but the same thing applies to churches, communities and homes. There is a key in verse 12 that positions us to receive verse 13. Something we must work. We must obey. Our action of obedience is our work that brings God’s work. The words to ‘work out your own salvation’ means literally to (katergazomai) keep on working out, it is continuous present tense, in other words not a one-time thing. Do it ‘with fear and trembling’. We must be afraid not to obey or to put any other priority before God’s directives. Not because of God’s punishment but because that puts us in a position of disobedience, which is a position most vulnerable to attack by the enemy of our soul.

 

It is God (this word is in an emphatic position) who created in them both the will and the power (energeo) to do His pleasure. He is giving us His ability and power. It will continually bring us back to His blue print and design for our lives and keep us there. Then by that same power we will be able to discern and do what pleases Him, the purpose we were created for. But in order to access that we must continually act on and obey what He tells us to do and what we know to do. This is our positioning.
