The Lord gave me 2 more parts to the Word concerning The Path. The first part was called “Picking Up Roses” This second segment given to me a few days later is called “The Ants” and the Third given today is called “The Path”. I will share part 2 and 3 now. I pray it blesses and encourages you as it did me.

 

I saw Jesus in the path again behind me. He sat on the ground by the dirt path. “Look.” He said motioning me to come. Ants were walking in a few long trenches about an inch deep. The Lord had made the trenches with His finger. When the ants got to the end of the trench they turned and walked the other way seeking an exit to more path. Then when they got to the other end they turned again. They couldn’t leave the trench.

 

“Like Lemmings.” I said, “Mindless little creatures who will walk off a cliff and just follow.” But probably really more like the children of Israel in the desert.

 

“Watch.” He said ignoring my comments. He seemed to be enjoying Himself. He used His finger to dig more trenches. One ant ran ahead exploring then soon the others would follow his scent and come as well, like a forerunner or trailblazer that shows the way by going first. The Lord sat back and I started to leave but He wanted to show me something else.

 

“That trench is only an inch deep to you and the obstacles at the end seem nothing but to them they are mountains that are impassible obstacles. To them it is impossible but I can move it with my finger.” He said showing me by running His finger through the dirt and making a way for the ants. “I’m going to start pushing some earth around with My finger for My people. They are in the dirt – the earth. So how do I make a way for them? I move the clay and dirt, the earthly things. I use what you have that is around you and I use your one time obstacles to blaze a trail.” I noticed that when the Lord pushed the dirt with His finger the one time obstacles became part of the trail pushed into the proper position.

 

“Give Me your troubles, heartaches and pain, I can build trails and bridges with it for you by My finger.” The Lord said, “My finger is being released for My people. I’m going to push their clay and make a path through their painful obstacles. A path to Me.”

 

I am the Potter you are the clay

Only My hands can make a way

 

The Lord was before me on the path saying, “What do you see?” The path was wet with the river anointing but what a mess. It was not flowing but just enough to make the way thick with mud. It was hard to walk in this deep mud and easy to get bogged down. Many were slipping and sliding and falling – working their way to the top of the hill only to lose their footing and slide all the way down to the bottom.

 

There was not enough anointing to make a clean flow – so it mixed with the earth in the “The Path” to make a slippery difficult way. Many said, “I will leave The Path,” thinking they will just walk just beside it until this mess clears up. If they went to the left there were rocks and cliffs hard to climb, sharp and cutting. The way was painful and full of trouble. If they took the right the way was thick with thorns and briars, very painful, slow and cutting, full of worries and cares. Both sides had wild animals that were not permitted on The Path, so there was a constant threat of danger. But there is only one Path and difficult or not we must stay on it.

 

“What shall we do?” I asked the Lord. He was waiting for me at the top of the hill. “Come,” He said, “Here.” He pointed down the trail. I was weary, tired and discouraged but I knew I must press through and continue to the top. At the top of the hill just over the knoll I saw what looked like a vast ocean of glory. It was like flowing golden air full of sparkles. “Go in.” The Lord said, “The Path goes through here.”

 

I entered in. It was well over my head and beautiful but I couldn’t see anything but the glory. “Lord,” I said a bit concerned, “I can’t see The Path or tell where I’m going because I just can’t see. “Hold on to my belt,” He said positioning Himself right in front of me. “I will lead you. Don’t let go or you will get lost.”

 

Soon I was horizontal with His belt gliding behind Him like a kite, my feet not touching the ground. It was a great feeling. “It is time for you to rise above earthly things and move only in the glory.” He said, “There will be great troubles in the earth but those who walk in the glory will rise above and not be shaken. Never let go of My belt or you will veer to the right or left into the great darkness. You will become so accustomed to the glory that you will sense the darkness instantly and call out to Me repenting and asking to be restored. Never again let your feet touch the earth. If you do you will hear lies. You will become so accustomed to My voice and truth that you will recognize the lie instantly and repent and call out to Me to be restored.”

 

“It is a different way,” He said seriously as one talks heart to heart to a friend. “You have not gone this way before. You can’t go ahead of Me or to the side and back any more, you must cling to Me only.”  “In the glory you can not see.” Jesus said. He seemed pleased with that. “You can’t see anything but Me. Nothing can rob Me of your focus or distract you. You will see Me and not be hindered.”

 

“I will go much faster now and you will enter into Multiplication instead of addition and subtraction. Because I do not have to wait for your tiny footsteps that easily stumble, we can go much faster and do more. The sparkles in the glory are full of The Word. Revelation will sweep through you continually and hard things that once confused you will be simple. There will be no arrogance or pride but just a simple knowing. There are still obstacles and hardships for the enemy of your soul does not sleep. Though he has much less access, he will try things. But the glory provides a buffer zone, a protection and a knowing. When the enemy attacks and you don’t know what to do, simply hold on to my belt and follow. Know that I will lead you out of it.” Jesus said.

 

“The darkness cannot enter the glory. For many this will be a hard point of confrontation where they must choose between their pet hidden darkness, worldly ways and ambitions or a stripping away to enter the glory. Many, many will turn aside and create doctrines, excuses and positions of attack for the true to cover their wrong choice. Even some valiant and “anointed” will not enter the glory.” The Lord said.

 

“But for those who will a new dispensation of grace will be released – God’s abilities in their inabilities; God’s possibilities in their impossibilities; God’s provision and protection; God’s knowing. So do not veer to the right or the left though the anointing is just thick enough to make the way slippery with mud, persevere to the top – there is a whole new Path and Way waiting.

Amen.

 

This is an amazing Word that I think will both encourage and challenge us. I want to walk in the glory and evidently the glory is far beyond where we have walked before in the anointing. It is time to switch paths to the Glory Path.
