Thank you for your overcoming prayers as you stood with me to stop the destruction in India. By the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and your unity in prayer we have won the battles. Though there will be other battles in India this destruction is stopped and the Lord's purposes there are beginning like never before with many hindrances out of the way.

I was attacked for some time but the Lord prevailed and your prayers were with me. I cannot tell you what a difference it has made. But NOW we need to switch gears and as we stood together to stop the destruction in India we need to stand together as the body of the Lord and stop something similar in the Philippines. Every time the Lord shows me something about the battle here I have more questions than when I started but that is not unusual as the Lord only shows us one part at a time.

We have already been on outreaches in the area and seen some saved, some rededicate their lives and some seek the Lord at a deeper level as well as some healed and delivered. Sunday morning the radio show reaches many who may not go to church. Please pray that it will be effective in the lives of the people. We always pray the salvation prayer with those who will and pray for healing over the radio.

Sunday morning the Lord showed up in a powerful way. I felt as though if someone didn't take some of the power I would not be able to handle it. Many were touched and healed but it was evident that it was a God thing and not a Carol thing because it just happened and who could stop it. It is always easy to work with the wonderful worship leader they have here "Ray". The anointings flow together and become stronger. We should all learn to flow with joined anointings especially in worship and ministry.

Yesterday we started the Pastor's meetings to teach on spiritual warfare and minister as the Lord leads. These pastors are hungry to grow and fight the battles for the Philippines but we also must stand in the gap. The Lord moved powerfully also last night in deep emotional healings that were beyond intense, who can describe it. I am grateful that the Lord does not just heal the body but when we let Him He also heals the inner man.

The Lord has not told me the date yet but I will be fasting a 21 day water fast for this battle because it is big and the Lord said so. I have already seen some of the enemy and we must do whatever it takes to stop them. I will let you know when the Lord tells me to start the fast because I know some of you will want to stand with me concerning this. Perhaps not totally water only as here but even a meal a day would be honored and make a difference. See what the Lord says to you concerning this. Do we seek the Lord to serve us only? Or were we made to serve and please Him? Do we want to bombard heaven with our prayers only or will we also be the Lord's prayer partner? What is He praying about? Where His "body" is hurting or in danger and that is here.

We are also starting a new End Time Handmaiden and Servant Branch here and they are very excited to be a part of what the Lord is doing in the End Time Handmaidens and Servants. Please keep this in prayer because they have been asking for this for some years and I know it will help bring many together for the Lord and His battles in the earth.

The Lord showed me an elephant. “It was made to fly.” He said. Huh? It has too much flesh to fly, so I will begin to cut away the flesh that hinders it. The elephant cannot remove his own flesh without seriously harming himself but when he remains yielded and willing the Lord can remove and replace the flesh. Elephants cannot do many tings well because they have too much flesh. They cannot dance well or walk a tight rope or go in narrow places or gates or fly because they have too much flesh.

Sometimes we get impatient or feel the Lord has cut away too much but He knows what He's doing. He cuts away everything that is not His or will not fit in Him. It must all belong to Him. He knows how to cut away what we have built and what others have built and the rubble of broken dreams and hopes. Until sometimes it appears there is absolutely nothing left nothing good or bad. That's an empty hard place to be but we must all make it to that place.

But when we gave Him our life He hid the treasure of it in His heart. (The Bible says "we" His people are His portion and His treasure.) So the treasure of our lives is no longer in us, it is already in Him and we mustn't make Him give it back. There is no safety if we take it back. In His heart only is it kept safe for His purposes and not our own.

When we become free from the flesh that traps us we also then join that treasure that is already in His heart and live only in His heart free from all the flesh and traps. We'll live only in His heart where we belong. The Bible says it is our home our dwelling place. Flesh no longer has a hold on us. We don't have to wait until we are dead just dead to the flesh. When you are empty of flesh it is easy to soar with the eagles on the high places of the Lord where we were made to live. Amen.

I will share what I have so far in the battle. There have been several group killings here, some from terrorist and some from natural disaster. The Lord continues to warn me about Euroclydon here. The east wind that destroys. Last time I was here the Lord had me look it up and it has already claimed lives. Just last month 60 fishermen died in a sudden wind leaving their families with no support, many of them having 6-10 children all under nourished. There is no welfare or social aid here and many of them are starving.

The Lord spoke of 3 things to tear down.

Blood in the Land: Which leads to crumbling work and makes it seem you are building on sand because the curse is in the land and it causes the work to crumble from underneath.

Communism: It is a spirit of fear, intimidation and hatred poured across the land that makes the hearts of the people hard and unyielding, distrustful. It does not just affect the communist but also others are affected by this spirit who have no intention to be communist.

The snake: The Lord dealt with me several years ago when I first started coming to the Philippines about the witch and the snake. The snake with its poison, deception, death, sickness and poverty as well as the hypnotizing numbing affect it has on the people. It causes them not to care and to be unable to respond.

The Biggest Power is the Witch: He doesn't mind a few churches with a few poor people as long as he is still in control by fear and deception, trouble and numbness. He is very tricky and his roots go deep.

Two problems in the church:
Curses rooted deep are only cut off at the surface and not rooted out, so the control of it remains.

The snares and traps of the soul that says everything okay. This causes them to fight the symptoms and not the main problem. It's always been this way kind of thinking.

We need to begin to understand the networks of the enemy here. The 2 Major ones is:

The Power of the Air: Euroclydon - A network of harsh winds and channels of winds like waters that can destroy and numb. They must not only redeem the land but the air. It is a power of witchcraft and cultism. Many create their own god and call it Christian. The children of Israel called their golden calf Jehovah, not another god but the one true God, the one they had been following out of Egypt. But they altered it so it would let them do what they wanted and not hold them accountable. There are many distorted Christian churches and cults here. Changing your God to be who it is convenient for you instead of discovering who He really is creates cultism. Where God was made only to serve you and you were not made for the purpose of God. There is no real relationship in this cultism.

The Power of Blood: Much blood over many centuries has been shed. In some places it still is being shed. This blood remains in the land. It is usually near the water source so the rains will wash the blood into the water to spread the curse. There are so many curses in the water. Many of the curses in the water are on purpose because the enemy of witchcraft understands feeding the curse to control the people. It is like a heart numbing drug of futility and destruction.

Fire: Strategic things burned in strategic places leave the ashes of the curse in the land and feed the power. The smoke feeds the power of the air. Many things are burned to curse places and things.

Produce of the Mountains: This was a surprise to me. These are strategic curses of the enemy to spread the curse of the land through produce. (It can easily be broken when we buy produce if we know about it, by using the Blood of Jesus.)

Pestilence: - mosquitoes, lice leaches and parasites spread curses and disease. When Moses cursed Egypt with different pestilence he found the magicians able to do many of the same curses because they know how to spread a curse. But the covenant of the Blood of Jesus breaks these curses.

The next day the Lord showed me the main island of Luzon in a huge hand. I knew that the hand had not come from the Philippines. At each finger there was and angel holding it back and three spots on the palm had angels holding it back but they were not going to be able to hold it much longer. The hand wanted to crush the Philippines. In the middle of the hand but not exactly in the middle of Luzon, was an Eye of the Devil.

The Lord said unless we stop it this hand is about to close. The Lord will no longer be able to hold this hand back because of the blood in the land that demands judgment. This hand brings natural disasters, disease, famine, violence, terrorism, kidnapping and adultery. A cold wind is blowing touching the hearts of the children first, then the older people then the adults. Cold hearts do not respond to the Lord but do respond to evil. They have been telling me of so many instances of bloodshed and children in school doing so many bad things. The Lord said the death and suffering of children and a society that makes no provision for them, as well as the blood in the land are forcing his hand to judgement.

The Eye of the Devil is not in the center of Luzon but somewhat off to one side but it is in the center of the hand. To me it seemed like a dormant volcano but I could be wrong about that. The Lord said it is hard to get to this place. Sometimes there is fire and it is often covered with a cloud or a haze around the top. Water flows from it. It is connected to many places through the plates or layers of the earth. I discussed this here a few times but the place they described didn’t sound like what I saw. Then Pastor Abe said that is Mount Pinnatubo. It is a sleeping volcano and only 5-6 years ago it erupted. It was so strong that the ash was seen in Australia and even in parts of the UK. The sludge from it covered most of the area and made it very difficult for them. It is very difficult to get to and is a bit off center of the Island being on the boarder of the districts Panpanga and Tarlac but it is in the center of the hand I saw. Finding it is one thing but now we need to know what to do about it. Please pray as we cannot take this lightly. I was much relieved when the place revealed matched the place the Lord described exactly.

The 5 fingers are 5 areas or territories.
The 3 spots on the palm are positions of leadership. President, Catholic, and Drug Lord.

This is why the election is so important. The enemy needs to get the right person in the presidential spot to close the hand. The Lord said there are no good candidates but one the enemy would not be able to use, because he likes to look like the good guy to the people. The battles are land, fire, water, air and produce. The Lord said the closing of this hand is also like a hand closing on a gun ready to shoot that then could affect the rest of the world.

I saw in a vision all of Luzon, everything had frozen in time. People were asleep everywhere, on roads, in stores, in homes, in cars and even a plane was frozen in midair with the pilot asleep. It was as though something happened to cause everyone to sleep and everything to freeze at a point in time. Then I saw a dark shadowy figure. I saw this same figure in my room the night before. I felt attacked, it was especially trying to get me to focus on myself and feel self doubt, which hinders the Lord as much as doubting Him because it is not about us but only Him. When I rebuked it I was shocked to see this shadowy figure lift up from me and stand in the room. He looked like a ninja and was very quiet. You could not see anything but his eyes which glowed red. He was very upset that I saw him and that I was seeing the vision. Stealth and remaining hidden are an important part of his warfare. He was not from the Philippines originally but like a ranking soldier of the military he was here on orders.

In the vision he motioned quietly for his troops. They had been waiting for his command and also silently without even a single sound they assumed their positions. There were thousands upon thousands of them. They came in and attached themselves to the sleeping people until the entire land was dark. Then the leader motioned for things to startup again. It looked like everything was normal and nothing had happened but it was not normal. People seemed to be sleep walking through their day, doing what they normally did but not really awake. But some were completely controlled by these shadow spirits. These controlled ones went to strategic places and found hidden weapons waiting for them. I could not tell if it was spirit weapons or natural weapons but they looked like rifles. These weapons dripped with the blood that was in the land.

These shadowy figures were well trained soldiers and they knew exactly what to do. They started something similar to a civil war in the Philippines but not exactly. It was Filipino against Filipino to cause much destruction and violence. With the state of the Philippines at this time this is very possible, there are communist terrorist, Islamic terrorist, warring political groups and much bloodshed already. Mountain people have complained that terrorist come into their home at night and demand food and sometimes kill the people in their sleep.

I asked the Lord where the power was from. I was surprised to see that it came from Japan as did many of the shadows and weapons. But in the spirit realm it looked like Japan was dark and ruled by another “spirit”. This also greatly surprised me. Japan was under orders which just like the destroying spirit wind Euroclydon was from China. The dragon of China spoke mockingly saying he had been waiting for me to figure this out but I did not respond. We must not talk to demons.

Then I saw a channel of blood like a trail of blood going from the Philippines through Japan to China. It was the power connection of the enemy and we need to see how the Lord wants to break this bridge that is a supply line and authority for the enemy. I know it can be erased by the blood of Jesus and we need to see how the Lord wants to do that. Even the strongholds are like pools of the blood of the slain that give the enemy power and these must be cleansed by the blood of Jesus.

There are many levels of Japans blood here because the enemy through the Japanese bloodshed here confiscated the other centuries of bloodshed for its own power. There are many layers from the tribal wars to the Spanish. Now this enemy is able to use all of these layers of blood in the land for his purposes. Somehow this election coming up in May plays a strategic role. The enemy needs just a little more power to close the hand and I believe the Lord is saying this election is it. We must pray for this election.

The enemy is very upset that we are seeing this. He has already started his attack on us. But when we discovered Mount Pinnatubo the enemy was very angry and active. I kept seeing this giant eye with thick tough gray skin around it. Finally I realized that it was the eye of giant whale. The enemy was taunting me and many things were attacking. I asked the Lord if I had done something wrong to open the door to attack as I was more than willing to repent but the Lord laughed and said it was because I had discovered the location of the Eye of the Devil here. Then I also laughed because the Lord was pleased and that is enough for me. If the Lord is pleased the enemy will not prevail.

We need much more information from the Lord to be able to order the battle. We need to know where to go and what to do and the order to do it in. I know you don’t attack the Eye of the Devil first but it will be attacked last because the enemies supply lines and power lines must be cut first. Please pray that we all will see and hear clearly. Don’t hold back just because your not here. I love you and I know the Lord would not be able to send me to fight these battles without your prayers. How can I thank you enough for not only being my prayer partner but the Lord’s Prayer Partner and caring for His body in the earth. If the body does not begin to join in unity to fight each others battles it will be defeated.

I leave via Baguio May 24th to Manila, then that evening from Manila to Hong Kong.
Then on to Los Angeles, from there to Minneapolis (traveling all night) and then to Little Rock. From Little Rock it is a 3 hour trip home.
