October 19th - A Strategic Prophetic Word For
You
The Lord has been talking to me about another cross point
on October 19th. That is a strategic crossing over that will change
your lives. These next few days need to be spent in preparing
yourselves for that crossing over. Though we have had a couple of
crossing points in the last couple of years, I knew this one would
be different. I knew this one would change our lives in a special
way. As the Lord has dealt with me about this over the last week or
so, I knew the crossing point would be different for each person. It
will change the face of your world and bring you into the things the
Lord has prepared for you. You have gone through many things to
prepare you for this crossing over. It is time. This is the entering
in, and though there will be a time of learning and growing in what
God has in store for you, this will definitely be the beginning of
something new and wonderful in your lives.
THE
VISION (Many of you will
remember the things the Lord has taught us by
using examples from the Conifers. But since some of you may be
new to the list, I will give a short explanation of the Conifers.
Conifers were probably the worlds largest tress. They lived long
ago. We only know about them via fossils and residues. They were
amazing trees. God began to teach me about Conifers so I could learn
from their way of life. The lived in large clusters. This was
important because, as the climate became increasingly arid and dry,
they created their own moisture barriers. They were a shelter to
many smaller animals, but the most amazing thing about Conifers is
that they were all connected via their root system.
This
meant they could help each other, and gain strength from each other,
an important lesson for Christians to learn. The stories the
Lord shared about conifers always went back to the first and main
Conifer, the Grandfather Conifer. He was amazing, wise, dedicated
and kind. He was very selfless in his sacrifices for the other
conifers and for the Lord. I was amazed to see in the vision of the
Lord, the core of Grandfather Conifer had been carved into a room,
with a carved bed, chair and table. Jesus, Himself had carved the
room to dwell with Grandfather Conifer. It was a very painful
sacrifice, but Conifer was Glad to offer it. Then in what seemed to
me to be the ultimate sacrifice, Conifer allowed Jesus to carve
everything away from his heart, so the Lord Jesus could come
and curl up next to his heart. Amazing. With this little bit as a
background, let me continue with the current vision of the
Lord.)]
"Conifer," I called, "Is that you?" "Yes."
Grandfather Conifer replied. "Am I supposed to rest here from all
my battles?" I asked "No." Said Conifer, "The Lord wants to show
you something." "Oh." Then Jesus spoke. "You know that Conifer
is connected to all the other conifers." "Yes.' I replied. "He
feeds them." Jesus said, "But did you know they feed back to him as
well." "No." I said, "I didn't know that." "It is a network."
Jesus said, "I want you to be a network too. Not just of warriors,
but of churches." "Lord, how can I possibly do that?" I asked. It
seemed too much. But Jesus ignored my question. "Look at the
roots." Jesus said. As I looked underground I saw that the roots
were thick and strong. They were rubbery and pliable, so that
drought wouldn't break them. Then I saw it. There in the center of
all the conifers was a big gnarled hub. "What is this hub?" I asked.
"I thought Grandfather Conifer was the hub." But then I saw that he
was off to one side of the over all Conifer grove. This hub was
in the very center. "It is from Grandfather Conifer but it is not
him. It feeds him too." Jesus said. How could that be? It is from
him but it is not him and it feeds him too. That seemed confusing. I
could see the many roots and feeders feeding out to all the
conifers, even those the furthest out from the center, but they also
fed back from the conifers, through the hub for Grandfather Conifer.
I realized that a true hub would be like that, two way. "Where
did this hub come from?" I asked. "Did it come from Grandfather
Conifer's heart?" It was Grandfather Conifer who replied.
"Not exactly. Do you remember how Jesus carved a place for Himself
in my core? It was extremely painful, but I let Him because I love
Him. It was my sacrifice of love. Then He carved a place near my
heart. He cut everything away from around my heart. It was so
painful that I thought I would surely die. But I did it because I
love Him. It was my sacrifice of love. When He curled up around my
heart, I was glad. It was enough for me, or so I thought." "But
one day Jesus came back to me with all He had cut away from me.
Everything that hurt me so deeply." Conifer said, "I honestly
thought He threw it all away, but there it was in a big bag, mixed
with His blood and the sweat of His labor of love, the work of
carving so patiently and diligently in me." "'I want to use
this', was what He said to me." Conifer said. "I want to make a hub
for the conifers, to connect them to you."
"Me?" I said to
Him. "Why?" "Because your pain and sacrifice of love will build a
hub so that many will live and not perish." He told me. "OK." I
told Him, but I wondered how my dead shavings could be anything
valuable, let alone a hub. It was indeed His hand that cut it from
my heart and my core. It was my sacrifice of love. But now Jesus
infused it with His life and then put it in the center of the
conifers. But well, back then there was nothing there. There were
only a handful of conifers, and they were by me. I was already
connected to them. Why would Jesus put the hub there, in what seemed
to me to be the middle of nothing. But Jesus knew where the conifers
would grow. He knew where it needed to be. He could see what I could
not see and I had to trust Him.
When He had the hub in place,
He told me to stretch my biggest root and connect to it. "Surely
not." I said. "That is my pain. It is all You so carefully cut away.
It is everything I have tried so hard to forget." But Jesus said,
"Just as My pain and death brought life to others, now I have
infused your pain with My Resurrection life. Your pain and
suffering, given to Me from the heart and core of your life, will be
a hub for Me to pour My life through to others, but I need you to
re-connect to it first." "So I did. Then I saw that Jesus
also had a permanent connection to the hub, to feed in and out, not
only for the others but also for me." Conifer finished
speaking and turned to Jesus.
Jesus said, "What is that
below the hub?" "Water." I said. "Where does it come from?"
Jesus asked patiently. "It comes from the hallow of the Father
God's hand." I said excitedly. Jesus turned and looked at me.
"The pain and suffering you give to me as a sacrifice, I can infuse
with My life, and flow life and anointing through it for others." He
turned His head and looked at me, the way He does when it is serious
and it requires a response from me. "So you must give your pain and
suffering to Me. You must let Me lovingly cut it away from you, and
infuse My life into it. Then I can reside in you where it was cut
away. But it only truly blesses you and becomes a hub for Me reach
others, when you reconnect to it."
Reconnect to my pain.
That was a lot to fathom. "It is a great trust in Me, to
reconnect to your deepest pains and believe that I have changed
them. You must believe that I wouldn't ask you to reconnect to
death." Jesus said. "It is that final trust. That crossing over,
that will create a hub of life for others and for you. But all
that flows through it is Me." He turned and looked at the
roots of the conifers. "Though the world knows drought, these will
always have the waters of life from the hallow of God's Hand. I need
you to become a hub. I need you to reconnect to the pain that I cut
away." It was impossible for me to imagine, but I knew I would
obey.
"Moses let Me cut away his destiny, so that he could
live a simple life in Midian." Jesus said. "It was very painful for
him. But then one day I asked him to re-connect to all that had been
cut away. It was impossible for him to even imagine. It took every
ounce of trust he had to do it, but it rescued a nation. He became
the hub. You crossover by trust. You trust what you cannot see or
even imagine. And when you do, you will become a hub for
Me.
CONCLUSION I don't know
what your pain was, but I know Jesus has changed it by applying His
life. Give Him your pain. Use your biggest trust ever to crossover.
How do you do that? By simply stating, "Lord I give You my pain,
from eternity past until this moment. Infuse it with Your life, so
it will become something You can flow through to others. I am
willing to reconnect to my pain as an act of trusting You. I trust
You. Amen."
I don't know what will happen in your life or
even if anything will be evident at first, but I do know something
will change, and things will begin to come into line with something
new and wonderful for your life. Let's all crossover on October
19th, by making some simple statements of trust. I expect to hear
good things from you.
