Leaving Soon India

Preparing for India again. I know we say this every time but this trip and these battles, we feel, are the most strategic we have faced. We need your prayers and financial support. I will send a different newsletter at a later date with more detailed information on the trip, but I want to get you to start praying now. Also please pray for our families (myself, Linda and John) and the logistics of this trip. We go in and out of India to Bhutan, Nepal and back, etc. But now they are saying if we leave the country we cannot re-enter the country for 2 months. We need God’s break through on these and similar things. We know you will join us in prayer and we thank you.

ICE With An Attitude

I am sure you have noticed the weather is not what science has said it would be. As you know we have fought many battles to lessen the effect of the ice, which we will be seeing play out over the next 3 years. I will be sending out a separate newsletter to explain a bit more about this and what is really going on worldwide, later.

Prayer Requests

Vichy, France

Many of you have heard me talk about Pastor Monique and her wonderful husband Bernard. You may have seen their pictures on my website. They are precious people, with a wonderful ministry in Vichy. Bernard is scheduled to have a surgery soon on his small intestines. I do not know the details but the Lord does. He is the great surgeon and will meet Bernard and heal him. He has had several health issues over the past 3 years. They enemy is angry with him because they do the Lord’s work but we break every curse and release the hand of the Lord. Claim this scripture with me Psalm 107:20 He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Together our prayers will make a difference.

What Is God Saying – 2010

Decree Sanctuary

When we came back from the UK we came with a word.
Isaiah 54:11 " O you afflicted one, Tossed with tempest, and not comforted, Behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems. I just kept hearing that, ‘afflicted and not comforted.’ But now that is about the change. I will fill you with my comforts and the stones of my character and manifested love.

He took us to a tent. It was very simple with canvas and poles, the sides stopping about a foot from the ground. The floor was grass. It had a long folding table laden with simple but good foods. We were to sit there with Jesus and eat with joy and abandon. “It is the Sanctuary.” Jesus said smiling. I thought to myself, it is the tabernacle.

There was a tall simple incense alter. “I will not offer a sacrifice that did not cost me something.” David said in 2Samuel 24:22. “Whatever you put there,” Jesus leaned over to tell me, “must cost you something. When you offer your why’s (why did you Lord or why didn’t you Lord.), your griefs, sorrows and pains, it costs you something. That is a good sacrifice.”

The incense altar was before another tent wall that led to another section of the tent. From the bottom of the incense altar flowed a stream of something similar to water. It was in a squarish channel about eight inches wide. “It is the stream of comfort.” Jesus said. “I have prepared it for you to use whenever you need.” It was very inviting and yes, comforting.

The combination of eating and fellowship with the Lord (like the table of presence), sacrificing your pains and whys on the altar of incense, and soaking in the comfort the Lord had prepared, made the way to go into the back part of the tent, which I felt must be like the Holy of Holies. But its appearance was similar to the tent on the other side, though this tent wall went all the way to the ground. It was just a plain grass floor. The only furnishing was a big fluffy, tall, white bed. The white I knew spoke of holiness and glory but the bed itself spoke of comfort.

“Come on up.” Jesus said, reaching His hand to help me. I was just a child. You can only be a child here. I crawled up and nestled into Jesus’ arms. We lay on our back and looked up. There was a hole in the tent ceiling, for the center pole I guess. It was perfectly aligned for us to have a good view of God and to speak with Him. It was very cozy. Then Father God put a round shield over me. “It will hide you. The enemy won’t even be able to hear when you speak here.” Oh,” I thought. “Protection and comfort go together.”

This year I give you sanctuary. Decree sanctuary daily and as often as you need, for I have gone before you and prepared this place for you. Amen

Regeneration and Restoration

There seems to be a crossing over this year, out of the valley of shadows into His marvelous light. Many things have tried to hinder our personal time with the Lord but the Lord is going to restore it. We were to do 4 prophetic acts that speak what God is saying to us.

1.       Take a pretty cut flower that will fade, wilt and die eventually (we used a rose). Standing in a circle facing in, we each took a turn going to the center. We put the cut flower in a vase and picked up an evergreen potted plant. We have had nice things, pretty things from You Lord and we are grateful, but they did not last and soon we needed more, because they faded. But now we are trading that which will fade for that which will not die. We are trading the temporary for the permanent. God is giving us something this year that will not die but will grow in us. Like a plant needs care, maintain it. Feed it the word (water), the light of His presence, and worship to grow in. Maintain what the Lord is giving you. It is living and precious.

2.       Then each in the circle turned facing out. Ready to go on the new journey of 2010 in the Lord. They had a veil over their heads, symbolizing the way the enemy has made it hard to see and hear and interact. The steps we were to take were very specific. Take one step back and turn facing in. Remove the veil and command; “The coverings the enemy has cast over me are removed forever. I will walk in the Lord unhindered.” Then turn and take one step back into place ready to continue in the Lord. To those who maintain what the Lord has given them, obstacles will be removed and a new journey will begin. Your evergreen will grow into a huge conifer and a fruitful tree for the Lord.

3.       I saw milk warmed gently but not scalded, mingled with honey. It was placed in a cup and put in the person’s hand as though that person were blind and could not see. When they sipped the cup of the Lord, that He had prepared for them their eyes began to open and their ears as well. (1Samuel 14:27 When Jonathan dipped the tip of his spear in the honey and tasted it, his eyes were enlightened or opened.) For they were in the Kingdom of God, the Lord said, but their eyes could not see and their ears could not hear there. Milk and Honey. One of God’s names is El Shaddai, many breasted one. The milk of the word of His breast will speak life into you. Like a mother nursing her baby, hence the milk is warm. “Nurse at My breast throughout the year,” the Lord said, “It will change you.” And honey “The sweetness of My presence will go with you. Let me go with you.” The Lord said. [When my 14 month old grandson goes up the stairs, I am right behind him to be sure he doesn’t fall. Though he knows it, he turns often to be assured I am there.] “Turn often and be assured I am there.” The Lord said. “Turn often and be assured of the sweetness of My presence. Milk – Come to My breast and feed on Me and receive My comfort. Honey – Let My presence go with you and put My sweetness back into your life and walk.

4.       The Arms of the Lord. I saw in a vision a stone bridge we had been crossing through 2009. It was arched steeply so you couldn’t see the other side. Each stone we were to step on was marked with gold so that we wouldn’t be deceived. What it goes over I couldn’t see at first. It was called the passage of times. We must not be swept away in a river that cannot be seen, of false times and false anointing. “Where am I going?” I asked the Lord. “I cannot see.” Then the Holy Spirit answered, “Only Believe.” A wind blew harsh and strong and another spirit like an evil storm blew against me. “Keep your eyes on the stones so you will not be deceived,” The Lord said, “My spirit will fight that spirit to make the way for you.”

“The Bridge had seemed reasonable small but I have been crossing it for a long time now, shouldn’t I be across?” I asked. “Mind the stones. Don’t look around.” I heard.  I saw a face from the corner of my eye. There were many all around trying to distract me. They came from some evil crevice far below in the depths of the ground. I got down on my hands and knees to be nearer the stones, so I could see. It was then one the stones not marked, which had a jeering face and biting teeth full of hurtful words, bit me on the hand. “Ouch.” I cried out. I jerked my hand back from the words, ‘never good enough’.

“Better to stand and bow as low as you can, until you are across. Don’t look around.” I wrapped a shawl around my face to protect myself from the harsh winds but the storm soaked it and whispers crept in to discourage me. Just when I felt I could not go on, I saw Him, just His arms held out. I knew the rest I so desperately needed was with Him. “Come quickly,” He said. “The bridge is only for a set time, to cross the floods of ungodliness and lies. It will soon collapse.” I could hear it collapsing behind me, though I knew I dare not turn to look.

“This is the day,” Holy Spirit said. “Take His hands. Remove the storm soaked veil and come now to a place of RESTORATION AND REGENERATION that I have prepared for you.” I could see a camp, like a war time field hospital, just outside of the range of the war. It was simple and yet everything I needed. A warm bed, with soft blankets, though it was just a cot, it was cozy. Good food already prepared and waiting, pure waters and wines. But most of all Jesus was there. The place is called “In His Arms”. It is the place to discover that He calls you MINE.

The last prophetic act, Pastor Lowell, our pastor, stood in for Jesus. He held out his arms and welcomed each one individually into the place called His arms and just held us. I did not expect it to be as impacting as it was, but it made everything so very real.

I could see beyond it a road. It seemed bright and secure and very inviting. Where it leads I do not know but I want to go with Him, to Him, in Him. Here in this camp I prepare. The word for 2010 is restoration and regeneration. In the place called “In His Arms” we prepare, rest, restore and regenerate. Prepare well.

There are several sections to this word. I will make it into a series and give more of the word in separate newsletters. I want you to be free to focus on this word from the Lord for you in sections so you can absorb it, before moving on to the next portion of the word.
