On The Road Again
Please keep our upcoming trips in prayer. May 8th
through May 29th I will be going to Ohio to minister in the Bible School
there and in the church.
We’re looking into some possible
meetings the end of June in the Dallas – Fort Worth area. Please
let me know if you would be interested in such meetings.
August 4th through August 29th
we will be in Europe. We will be in intense
warfare and need again your wonderful prayer support as we did in India. We will
be in France (both in the Paris area and in Vichy), we will also be in Switzerland
a couple of days, and Rome and end the trip in Istanbul, Turkey.
I will send more on how to pray and what we will be facing later. This trip is
the flip side of what we dealt with in India
concerning the darkness, the tunnels and the gates of hell. We have already
experienced some intense battles concerning this trip. The battles often start
long before we leave on the trip and last long after we return home.
We are in need of finances for this trip. I ask you to pray
and see what the Lord might have you do. I try never
to go overboard about needs but encourage you to simply listen to the Lord and
obey. He has a planned reward for those who go, those who pray and those who
support.
One More Story From India
As you will remember, last year when we were in India we
went to Prayer Mountain (a hill top opposite Rumtek Monastery), and prayed with
prophetic actions, sending angels as the Lord directed us to all the borders,
to keep China back and to prevent war. We prayed specifically that there would
be no bloodshed. Sometimes when we do these unusual prophetic acts and prayers we need to hear the results. In this instance we
formed a long line and put the oil and salt and sent
the angels to guard the borders.
The Results – about 4 months later the Indian Army
discovered that China’s army
was much further inside of India
than they were supposed to be. As the Indian army approached this potentially
volatile situation, they were out numbered 10 – 1. If
they attacked China could claim first blood had
been drawn and would use that as the excuse to invade. There would be no
stopping them. But if they did not stop them, China would continue to erode the borders of India, until
the entire region was there’s.
But we had prayed as the Lord had
specifically directed us. So the very unusual
happened.
The Indian soldiers positioned themselves in front of the
Chinese soldiers and began to push them forcefully in the chest. The Chinese
army was surprised and unsure of how to respond. The Indian army continued to
push them in chest, face to face until they had pushed them back some distance.
Finally after some time the Chinese army left and the
border was secure with no bloodshed. This was exactly what we had prayed for. The Lord knew this situation would come before we
prayed and the results were – no loss of border and no bloodshed. Amend. Thank
you for your prayers.
Enemy In The Camp
A short word for
where many of us are in the Lord today.
I heard the old must
die in order for the new to be birthed. Death is
painful but it leads to newness of life. Israel
had to cross the Jordan River; the Jordan River is a symbol of death (that is
why Jesus was baptized in the Jordan). Isn't it wonderful that the Lord parted the flooded Jordan for Israel
to cross over on dry land when the priests carrying the Ark of the Covenant
stepped into the Jordan River? Sometimes,
carrying the glory on our shoulders, (shoulders represents government, so
letting the glory of God govern us and lead us) carrying it indicating our walk
in the Lord, we enter into the death of the old (the wilderness experience
needs to die) in order to enter into the new.
The Promised Land
was so different than anything they had ever known
before. They had to fight for it, but as long as they were "willing"
to try to fight and go where God told them to go, God did their fighting
for them. Not everything they lost was bad. They lost the provision of
manna, as the Lord revealed other ways He would provide for them. In your
battles with other people, expectations and judgments, they may be good people
who just don't understand, but the Lord is changing
the coverings and the provisions of your life. Then the Lord being all wise, knows what is best. What must be cut off and left
behind in order to receive the better way, which is currently
hidden from sight.
As long as the glory
was with them and they let it govern them, they won their battles and conquered
their promise land or promises of God. I am discovering that glory is an
amazing warrior and always has been. So we see a
pattern. It will look impossible and miserable; but as we are willing and
obedient and let the glory rule us and guide us, and we actually take the
action to step into the impossible, God, Himself, will part the obstacles, like
the Jordan and the walls of Jericho. God, Himself, will fight our battles – and
you can be sure that He always wins. He told me recently "You cannot fail,
because if you fail, I fail and I cannot fail."
When we get our eyes
on the battles, on the obstacles, or our circumstances, like Peter when walking
on the water, when he got his eyes on the water, he sank, because his eyes couldn’t be on the problem and the solution at the same
time. When we keep our eyes on Jesus (which is the real struggle)
we walk on top of our obstacles and overcome. We go where we look. The enemy's
job is to capture our eyes with worry, dread or disappointment, but if our gaze
is fixed on Jesus, he cannot take it. Our perception
then is a great treasure we must guard.
Your right hand (the
hand that represents the spirit - the left represents the flesh) will find all
your enemies the Bible says in Psalms 21:8. But when
you find them, what will you do?
Most people have
enemies in their camp. The question is not are there enemies in the camp but
what will you do when you find one of them. Deuteronomy 23:14 "For the
Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you
and give your enemies over to you; therefore your camp shall
be holy, that He may see no unclean thing among you, and turn away from you.
God walks in the midst of our camp
to deliver us. He gives our enemies to us. Honestly I
just want Him to take them. I don’t want them. But I am the one that has to do something with them. It’s my responsibility. Many Christians are like the watchman in Proverbs 22:13 who saw a lion in the camp
and said, oh well I guess I will be slain. They see it, but they don’t do anything. No, the Lord reveals the
lion for us to remove it, but we remove it by His strength and strategy.
Like the priest stepping into the Jordan as an action of faith, they
had no ability to stop such a raging flooded river. But
at the place of their action, God was able to take over and part their Jordan or slay
their lion or meet your every need.
Many Christians in the church are
going through a season of having enemies in the camp revealed, in order to
prepare them for the season of destiny that God has ahead. We
simply cannot afford the hindrances in our camps. We remove those
enemies because we remember 2
Chronicles 20:15, Thus says the LORD to you: 'Do not be afraid nor dismayed
because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God's. But they had to go into the battle as though they were going
to do the fighting. They had to step into their Jordan.
But
we must, as the word says in verse 17 of that same chapter, position ourselves
and stand still and see the salvation of the Lord for us. So
we are in a state of re-positioning so the Lord can fully move on our behalf.
The enemy that was revealed to us, we keep before us
in prayer, until it has been permanently and completely removed. We have a
tendency to want to hit it with a moment of prayer, or a short season of
prayer, and then walk away, but we must continue with what God has revealed
until it is completely gone, so He can then reveal the next enemy in the
camp and thereby cleanse our camp in preparation to receive the Promise.
He cannot reveal more until we have completely dealt with what He has already
revealed. This is where many people are stuck.
Many of God’s people still don't have the complete vision of what the Lord has in store
for them, because their destinies are tied into the End Times and the End Times
are being revealed one piece at a time. Many of your destinies won’t make sense completely, until more of the End Time has
been revealed. But I can tell you if it is an End Time
work, it is a work that requires the kind of purification and training that
only battles can prepare you for. Keep the vision that you do have alive, by
talking about it, and not about the problems. Keep it before you. Without a vision the Bible says in Proverbs 29:18 the people perish or
the word in Hebrew is Para, to fall back. But the vision will pull you forward, toward it. Polish it
up, so to speak, talk about it, wonder about it, and expect it, just like my friend Deborah expected the Lord to give her a baby.
She has waited for many years. She had a promise. She kept repositioning
herself to believe for it, even after many disappointments and now, she’s going to have a BABY. That is why the enemy is always
trying to steal your vision; it's like stealing the
baby of your destiny from every being conceived.
Lastly, enjoy this time of cleaning the camp. That may sound
backwards, but it is during times like these that we draw the closest to the
Lord, and His presence is revealed in new ways, that take us to deeper depths
and higher heights. It is often those times in His presence, in the midst of
the cleaning and the battles that actually change us. We are
driven by our need straight into His arms. Isn’t
that wonderful. The same heat that melts ice makes an egg hard. It’s all a matter of our perception and how we position our
heart to receive.
Let’s be diligent then, and step into our Jordan, clean
our camp as the Lord reveals it and then be drawn into His arms. James 4:7 Submit yourselves
therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Then the promises will come and your destiny will be revealed.
Ice Storm Update
If you remember, what the Lord originally told me was, the
ice storm was not a serious possibility until Obama was
elected. I simply thought that meant that Obama gave some kind of legal
right in the spirit realm, and that is true as well. But
an article that was shown in most newspapers across the USA, talks
about a special highly experimental scientific project to stop global warming
that Obama is seriously considering. Let’s look at few
excerpts to understand more of what that might mean. (Highlights added.)

looking at cooling air to fight warming

Tinkering with
Earth's climate to chill runaway global warming — a radical idea once dismissed
out of hand — is being discussed by the White House as a potential emergency
option, the president's new science adviser said Wednesday.
The concept of
using technology to purposely cool the climate is
called geoengineering. One option raised by Holdren and proposed by a Nobel
Prize-winning scientist includes shooting pollution particles into the upper
atmosphere to reflect the sun's rays.
Holdren, a 1981
winner of a MacArthur Foundation "genius" grant, outlined these
possible geoengineering options:
Shooting sulfur
particles (like those produced by power plants and volcanoes, for example) into
the upper atmosphere, an idea that gained steam when it was
proposed by Nobel laureate Paul Crutzen in 2006. It would be
"basically mimicking the effect of volcanoes in screening out the incoming
sunlight," Holdren said. Creating artificial "trees" — giant
towers that suck carbon dioxide out of the air and store it.
The first
approach would "try to produce a cooling effect to offset the
heating effect of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases," Holdren
said.
But he said there could be grave side effects. Studies suggest
that might include eating away a large chunk of the ozone layer above the
poles and causing the Mediterranean and the Mideast
to be much drier.
And those are just the predicted problems. Scientists say they worry about
side effects that they don't anticipate.
While the idea
could strike some people as too risky, the Obama administration could get
unusual support on the idea from groups that have often denied the harm of
global warming in the past. (Newspaper quotes ended.)
It seems clear that one very possible side effect to this
geoengineering is lengthy unstoppable ice storms. Why
lengthy? Because these particles would be trapped
in a part of the atmosphere that rain would not easily wash away. It would be
above most rain. That means whatever they do will last a long time. The purpose
is to ‘cool’ the temperatures and block the sunrays. As it does fall, what will
be the effect of all that sulfur and other pollutants on our land, health and
soil? These scientists have no idea.
Now I see why the Lord said, these dangerous ice storms were
not serious possibilities until Obama was elected. We
need to keep this matter in prayer. I have already seen something in the spirit
that looks like an ice giant, that calls himself
Climatron, furious because he cannot cross the Canadian border into the USA, since our
prayers block the borders. We have already faced several battles concerning
this and I am sure there are more to come. Of course Canada will be
the most drastically affected but when you affect the poles of the earth, much
of the earth would be affected.
But as we have seen prayer changes
things, and even blocks legislation. As we are God’s prayer partners, we
release His hand in all the earth.
